Arc’s roots trace back to July 2007 when Brian embarked on
his journey as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Initially specializing in
retail and office leasing in the southwest suburbs of Chicago for three years,
he transitioned to multifamily by 2010, marking a significant phase in his
career. Over the next decade, he built his multifamily brokerage business and
assembled a dedicated team focused on the sale of suburban apartment complexes.
In 2016, Troy Beebe joined forces with Brian, forming a
partnership that gave rise to Arc Equity Group.
Embarking on their investment journey as Limited Partners in
syndications, they later capitalized on the relationships cultivated through
their brokerage endeavors to venture into property acquisition. With a primary
emphasis on joint venture partnerships, Arc experienced further growth with the
inclusion of Danny Baylis and David Kugler in 2022 and 2023, respectively.
Upholding their core principles centered around acquiring
high-quality real estate for extended holding periods, Arc collaborates with
accredited investors, joint ventures, 1031 exchanges, and family office
partnerships in an ongoing effort to expand its real estate portfolio.

Troy Beebe | Co-Founder
After starting and selling a
business while in college, Troy began his professional career with IBM as an
Account Executive in their software division. In 2016, Troy joined Brian
at Essex Realty Group to build a leading multifamily brokerage team in the
Chicago market. Troy co-founded Arc Equity Group in 2018 as an extension
of their brokerage business and played a key role in the launch of Arc and the
acquisition of several of their Midwest properties. Troy graduated with
his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management in 2021 and has since
formed Saga Growth Partners, which acquires and repositions small businesses in
the Private Equity market.
Danny Baylis | Investor Relations
Danny joined Arc Equity Group in 2022 to assist with the implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives. His direct areas of focus comprise of sourcing new investment opportunities & cultivating mutually beneficial investor relationships. With over 5 year investing experience, including success as a passive investor, Danny adjusted his strategy to help others succeed in building wealth through real estate investments. Danny leverages his successful track record of multifamily investments and leading technology sales organizations to ensure the strategic growth of Arc Equity Group.
David Kugler | Acquisitions/Asset Manager
David began his real estate career at Essex Realty Group as an intern in 2022 and joined Arc Equity Group in January 2023. He has a background in Human Resources at The Millard Group, now known as Allied Universal, where he focused on data analysis and employee relations. David brings a unique blend of experience and knowledge to Arc, where he oversees the operations of the portfolio and the company. David graduated from the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver, where he majored in Real Estate with a minor in Business Analytics. Currently residing in the Old Town neighborhood of
Chicago, David enjoys playing soccer, skiing, and spending time with his friends and family in his free time.
